Everyone That Loves Tarts
This class has been created by request. We have feedback forms at our school and many students have asked for a baking class about making tarts and pastry from scratch.
Wanting to know the tips and tricks of getting results like the professional. We have listened and this class has been created just for "Everyone that LOVES TARTS".
There is nothing like homemade pastry, the taste, the smell..... It is absolutely mouth watering. We have designed this class to include sweet and savoury tarts, with matching pastry of course.
Jess will share her "Gin & Tonic Tart" receipe, combining a pastry crust, filling and matching syrup. Inspired by her Mum's three favorite things... lemon, gin & tonic water.
Also starring in the tarts class is "Quiche Alla Wonder". A savoury special tart that keeps your taste buds guessing. If you like meat you'll be glad to know "Tommy Prosser's Black Market Bacon" will make an appearance. Never fear vegetarian's, we have some exciting homemade satisfying options for you too!
This class has the option of gluten free flour, just let us know if thats what is needed for you when you make your booking!
All butter used is Australian local Sydney brand 'Pepe Saya'. All eggs used are from free range chickens. If you prefer not to use alcohol, the gin can be omitted.

No refund is given, but you can give your booking to someone else. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be allowed to enter the class. Your deposit will not be refunded.
