Join Chocolatier, Chocolate Artisan Jessica Pedemont for this fun and educational class all about chocolate.

Learn the art of tempering chocolate and the preparation of your own high heel sexy shoe! Jessica will introduce you to the history of chocolate, teach you how to hand-temper chocolate and colour coverture chocolate. What you will learn:

  • Hand tempering of couverture chocolate (tabling method)
  • Learn how to colour coverture chocolate and cacao butter colours from scratch
  • How to use and prepare chocolate moulds
  • How to temper coloured chocolate using the (seeded method)
  • Gift wrapping and correct storage of your chocolates 

Step by step notes with photos and recipes provided for each student. All Shoes will use fine Swiss Felchlin Couverture Chocolate. Take home everything you make in a cellophane hand tied bag with ribbon.
